Welcome to Brit-Gen forums, I am sure that you will love it here. Since 1985, a long time You will have noticed over the years how much the computer and the internet now mean that a lot of things can be done from home. Some new researchers expect to find everything from the keyboard, but that just does not happen.

Have a look around the different boards, and when comfy, please post any queries in the relevant place. I am sure you must have the odd brickwall or two.

Hi from Estelle

I live in Moss Vale NSW (probably can't find it on a map). Anyway, I've been trying to complete my Australia family first and haven't branched abroad until now so I'm quite new to finding things, people and places so some of the questions I ask might be quite stupid.

I am more than willing to help anyone here in the great land of Oz (probably don't have much to offer).
