    Question doctor list

    Is it possible to obtain a list of medical doctor's in Preston, Lanc in the 1920's?

    Hi,
    Have you tried Preston Records Office, they have Trades Books occupations all types of directories on the shelfs. I think also they have doctors for that period or they might direct you to a good source on the lancashire GP's electronically. I found a Watchmaker I was after, they had a book of all watchmaker at Preston for twenty years.
    ID if you call its free or give them a ring!!!!!!!!!

    We have a Medical Directory for 1928 on DVD in our Parish Chest stand.
