Trying to find the family of Herbert Holmes.He was born around 1870 in Stoke.
He was a coal miner.He had a son called John who was born around 1884.He married a Leah Latham in about 1913.May well be in the 1891 or 1901 census......

I assume that your estimated year of birth for Herbert is a wild guess – if his son John was born around 1884, then he made an early start!
