I know there were a few Eugene's. including the sibling that was supposed to have emigrated to Australia ( i have a few of these emigres!) but, until they transcribe more passenger lists past 1864 I'll have to be patient!
I'm sure they were all related, and Catholic! I did, as you did, and searched all the o neill names in the IGI ( see, I'm learning) and only turned up the same children as you did, which is , in itself, interesting as there were supposed to be ten. Guess Ill have to go back and search the variations!
Guess I'll be busy for a little while! LOL
I'm only lucky with this lot, can't say the same for another line i've been trying to unravel

I am related to the O'Connell family who were drapers in Cahirciveen, their address was the Irish House, Main Street, Cahirciveen.

The Kerry County Library hold records on the O'Neill Drapery store in Cahirciveen.
The National Archives’ Business Records Survey has also produced some donations to the collections in the County Archives . These include a day book from Roche’s of Castleisland (1902-06 & 1922-24), a Policy Book of Robert McCowen & Sons Ltd. (1913-1922), 8 volumes of O’Neill’s Store, Main Street , Cahirciveen, and 4 volumes of material from Lynn & Knightly Outfitters.
