My King ancestors start with Eliza King daughter of Sarah Lingley and Robert King and sister of Susannah Bowers (nee King).
It'll be interesting to compare notes to see when the two branches converge.

Hi Kris
Appologies from me also for the delay i only spotted this post this morning. Its possible they link up somewhere but i dont have a Robert. Saying that i havent branched off on any of this lot. My earliest King is John King b 1790 in Walsham Le Willows, Suffolk he married in Little Waldingfield and the line from him stayed there more or less till 1900. The only one i have found so far is Harriet Ann King b c1844 Great Waldingfield possibly on a vist to one of yours ! I havent looked at this line for a little while so am a bit rusty and cant find my notes at the moment. Let me know if you want more info or if John or Harriet are familiar to you.
Sorry this isnt much help
