Parents: JOHN COLLETT b. 1/8/29 Ilketshall St. Andrew, Suffolk
MARY PENNY. They married 8/4/1857 Stoke Dameral, Devon

John was a Private in the 54 Regiment and served in India

On the 1881 Census

ELIZABETH AGE 20 was a parlour maid at Matlock Lodge Streatham
SARAH AGE 18 A general servant at 23 Upper Tollingworth(?) Hornsey, Middlesex.
Cant find any trace of them after this time

May I ask about the Suffolk Marriage Index - does it cover all of Suffolk and if not how can one find out which villages are covered and is it on a CD? regards Yvonne

Yes it covers all marriages that took place in Suffolk between 1813 - 1837. If theres any others you want searching I could look for you.

Its a cd produced by the Suffolk Family History Society and costs about £15 to buy.
