Curious, and can't find an answer: To what does "not a member of any public groups" in member profiles refer? (Haven't noticed any yet that say someone is a member of one.) What are public groups?
Thanks,
Peggy

Hi Peggy,
There are going to be message boards that are open to specific groups - Family History Societies mostly - and those members will have access to those boards while other people do not. Cornwall FHS has just spent several days setting up the first one and others will follow - I hope to get the go-ahead from Gwent FHS Executive Committee soon - and then you will see that in the profile of the memebers it will say Cornwall FHS or Gwent FHS or whatever.
I hope this helps

Hi Ann,
I thought it might refer to local societies. Thanks for the explanation.
Best,
Peggy
