They published Dublin in January this year and have yet to publish the next county so I wouldn't hold your breath as Galway is the sixth on the list

Alice Bradley Co Mayo
I have found my grandfather's James birthdate ....
Thank you everyone!!
I also discovered a sister for James. I guessed the first name (Alice) as it was her mother's name. I entered it into the Irish Births list with a general idea of the birthdate (+ or - 4 years). and BINGO ... there she was! A sister for my grandfather! Trouble is I have looked up quite a few births which are not right. If anyone out there is looking for McHugh and or Bradley and or Harrington (Cork) please let me know. Cheers Mary

MAyo Records
I was able fairly quickly (but spending more than I should have or needed) to find my paternal grandfather's (James Bradley)birthdate. Then I tracked back, once I had the names, to find his parents' marriage record and also his father's (Patrick Bradley) and grandfather's (Michael Bradley) birth records in Mayo (and Tyrone) whereas I have found very little in Cork for the Harringtons. I went on from this site. Had no success chasing down the birthdates of the female line however. All the best. Mary

I spoke to the people from the National Archives this weekend at the big family history show Who Do You Think You Are Live in London. They indicated that Kerry and then Down and Antrim should be up this summer. However they didn't clarify exactly when this summer!

Please see response below from the National Archives of Ireland regarding the Irish censuses
Andrewb
My apologies to everyone who has been seeking information about timescales for the further releases of the 1911 and 1901 census records online. Thank you for your patience, and your messages of encouragement regarding the Dublin 1911 material.
Our Canadian partners have been engaged in an extensive procurement and recruitment process to hire contractors who will finish the project. That process has now been completed, and I’m pleased to be able to tell you that the records for Kerry, Antrim and Down will be going online in October of this year.
The rest of 1911 will follow quickly thereafter in batches of counties, in the order listed at http://www.census.nationalarchives.i...tureplans.html. I expect to have more precise timescales for the other counties as soon as the contractors start work, which will be in early August, but it is intended that all of 1911 and 1901 will be online by mid-2009, as originally scheduled. The timescales will be posted at http://www.census.nationalarchives.i...tureplans.html.
Again, my apologies for your having to wait to get this information, and my thanks for your patience. I hope that the website’s continuing augmentation will fulfil your expectations and provide a fruitful free resource for family and local history.
Best wishes,
Catriona Crowe

It is great the Irish government is putting the censuses on line. In Canada the indexing was done by volunteers, using the digitized pages from the LAC. One had some choice where one indexed. I did part of the city of Montreal, where my grandparents were living. I never found them but did locate all my aunts and uncles nearby. (it looks as though the house they were living in was missing by the enumerators). It was great.
I did find some cousins living in Dublin, some of whom I knew in Canada. My Irish Ancestors immigrated much earlier than 1901, though I suspect an uncle may have been there receiving training as an actor.

1911 census update
Hi
couldn't see this info anywhere else but the Irish national archives have updated the information regarding the release of census data for Kerry, Antrim and Down as follows:
"The 1911 census records for Antrim, Down and Kerry will now be placed online in December rather than October as previously hoped. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience."
or see http://www.nationalarchives.ie/census.html for further info.
Its somewhat frustrating i know i'm waiting on Antrim to find my great-grandparents as children I can't progress further with out it!
regards
christina

Just been enjoying the three new counties added live tonight at www.census.nationalarchives.ie and all free even to see the images of the household forms completed by our ancestors.
