HART Family History from Milton Ernest, England

Hello, I am fairly new at starting my family history tree. I have originated my ancestors from Milton Ernest, England (Bedfordshire). A William L Hart, b. 9/13/1747 in Oakley, England and came over from England on a ship named Diamond around 1774. I was wanting to get information from his lineage back. Can anyone help me on this matter?

According to the IGI, there is no source information for the William L Hart shown as born 13 Sep 1747, which of course means it wasn't sourced from a Parish Register, but was a contribution from another researcher, and as such is not reliable, you should take care in using information from the IGI.

Immediately above that listing is a christening for a William Hart (without the middle initial) the date is 13 Sep 1747, at Oakley, Bedford. his parents are shown as William Hart and Mary Evins.

The film number for the christening is; 453768 the reference number is; 26677.
