MORGAN of Cannock

I am trying to trace an ancestor of my husband.The lady is Ann Morgan.I think she was born circa 1785.She married a John Weetman son of Joseph Weetman of Baddesley Clinton, in 1800 at Lichfield.It says bride of this parish.How can I find Ann's birth date?
Any suggestions or help would be gratefully recieved.

I have this couple in my tree also. I have a huge number of Morgan's, Weetman's, Wilkes's, Sumner's and Reeves's that all married each others relatives, but haven't yet been able to connect Ann Morgan with the rest of my Morgan clan.
