Gypsy/Travellers in Suffolk

Could anyone point me in the right direction? I am searching for any organisation who would help trace one of my ancestors - A George Henry Grimwood, who married Ruby Mable Brame in Ipswich Suffolk in April 1939. They lived for a time in Ispswich, where they had 9 children. Recently discovered that George was a Gypsy/Travellor. His father's name is not on the marriage certificate and there is no birth certificate, as we think his birth was not registered. We have some of his descendants documented but are trying to find his relations and ancestry. Regards Maeve
