Marraige certificate

I have ny Great Grandfathers marraige certificate his name was George Henry Flook some times known as on his marraige certificate as just Henry Flook born 1875 he married Sarah Ann Evans from Abertillery in Newport Monmouthshire in 1897 and his Fathers name on the marraige certificate was John Flook occupation Labourer I cannot find any more information on him could he have been dead at the time of his sons marraige. Any help would be appreciated on finding where George/Henry was born and his Father Johns place of birth and his parents names.

Thanks for your help the date of birth for George/Henry must be between Sept 19th 1874 and Sept 19th 1875 as on his marraige certificate he is 22

Please clarify, are you saying the census birth dates must
'between Sept 19th 1874 and Sept 19th 1875'?
I always thought they were, give or take, 5 years difference

Sorry to be confusing I am saying that his birth must be between those two dates as he is 22 years of age on his marraige certificate thats dated Sept 18th 1897

I cannot find anything definate with those exact dates but on searching through Ancestry for you someone else has a family tree with Henry George Flook born 1875 Newport, Gwent, Wales
Wife is Sarah Ann Evans, Children Samuel George, Mary, Harry, James Redvers, John and Sarah.
There are no parents for George Snr but Sarah Ann's are Samuel Evans and Elizabeth.
If you can access it maybe she can help.
There is another with a George Flook born 1873 (unconfirmed) Parents John Flook and Matilda Golding, John's Parents are John Flook and Hannah Ponting. Matilda's are Isaac Golding and Charlotte Hopes.
