    Default Stickley/Elford

Best to work back from 1901

These dates make them a bit older than you thought and married a bit earlier than you thought, but I reckon it's them as I found a marriage entry with both their names for April-May-June 1890 in Blandford, volume 5a, page 511.

OK, is this them in 1901?
    31 Orchard Street, Blandford
Charles STICKLEY, head, 34, plasterer, born Ringwood, Hampshire
Elizabeth STICKLEY, wife, 32, born Winterborne Stickland, Dorset
Frank STICKLEY, son, 10, born Winterborne Stickland, Dorset
Bertie STICKLEY, son, 8, born Winterborne Stickland, Dorset
Wyndham STICKLEY, son, 6, born Winterborne Stickland, Dorset
Reginald STICKLEY, son, 4, born Winterborne Stickland, Dorset

If so, in 1891, this is them:
4 Boundary Place, Victoria Road, Blandford
Charles STICKLEY, head, 24, bricklayer, born Ringwood, Hampshire
Elizabeth STICKLEY, wife, 22, born Stickland, Dorset
Walter F STICKLEY, son, 1 month, born Blandford

And this is Charles in 1881:
    Bryanstone Street, Blandford
Elizabeth STICKLEY, head, widow, 38, laundress, Milborne, Dorset
Charles STICKLEY, son, 14, bricklayer's labourer, Ringwood, Hants
Walter STICKLEY, son, 10, Blandford, Dorset
Frances Ed STICKLEY, daughter, 6, Blandford, Dorset

And this is Elizabeth in 1881:
    West Street, Winterborne Stickland
Issachar ELFORD, head, 46, Farm Lab, Stickland
    Elizabeth ELFORD, wife, 44, Dorchester
Fred ELFORD, son, 22, Farm Lab, Stickland
Frank ELFORD, son, 14, Farm Lab, Stickland
    Elizabeth ELFORD, daughter, 12, Stickland
    Walter ELFORD, son, 10, Stickland
    Lucy ELFORD, daughter, 7, Stickland
Owen ELFORD, son, 1 month, Stickland

    And in 1871:
    Bryanstone Street, Blandford
Elizabeth STICKLEY, wife, married, 28, Laborer's wife, Milborne St Andrew, Dorset
Charles STICKLEY, son, 4, Ringwood, Hants
Walter STICKLEY, son, 9 months, Blandford, Dorset

And this is Elizabeth in 1871:
    Old Farm Yard, Winterborne Stickland
Issachar ELFORD, head, 36, AgLab, Stickland
Maria ELFORD, wife, 35, Charwoman, West Houghton
Sarah A ELFORD, daughter, 10, Scholar, Stickland
Alfred ELFORD, son, 12+eth STICKLEY, head, widow, 38, laundress, Milborne, Dorset
Charles STICKLEY, son, 14, bricklayer's labourer, Ringwood, Hants
Walter STICKLEY, son, 10, Blandford, Dorset
Frances Ed STICKLEY, daughter, 6, Blandford, Dorset
Hope this helps and that I haven't spoiled your fun too much by doing it for you,
    Pat

    many thanks
