Dr. George Ritchie

Hello, Iam looking for mor infomation on my 3 x gg/f whose daughter GEORGINA ANNE RITCHIE married married my 2 x gg/f JOHN WILSON-STOREY AT ST.Martins church 26/10/1880 Lincoln, Lincolnshire. He died in 1879 before the wedding.
He was born c1811 in Banffshire and I have a report of him being baptised in Grange, Banffshire Nov 1811, and his father also named George was listed as a miller I have not been able to confirm any of these facts could anone help an even if possible go even further back.
If it helps througout generations a boy is called xxxx McGREGOR and this custom seem to come from him
