Looking for information on my greatgrandfather William Lane born abt 1843 father John Lane from Marriage entry. From 1881 census William born in Stillington. His wife Ann Scaife father Thomas Scaife born 1847 in Stillington. What I hope to find is the siblings of these two and their mother's names so I have somewhere to search.

Thanks for the lookup, I had him on the 1871 Census in Stillington with new wife Elizabeth, Ann died 1866. New wife was born in Huby so it all fits, the rest of the family at home fits with the 1851 census and I ordered in the 1861 census for Stillington and they were not there. So again thanks for you kind help Keith, this puts another piece in the puzzle.
the best of the New Year to you and thanks again
