    Default If your making a trip to Blackburn library can you do a lookup for me

    Hello,

    I have two cert's I'm looking to get info from.

    The first is a marriage cert. for a George William Spencer, June quarter 1906, and a death cert for David Wishart Watt, 3rd quarter 1937 age 85.

    In order for someone to look at the marriage you would need to know at least the church where the marriage took place. The only way to get information from the death certificate is to purchase it. You can send the information on the date book and page number to the Blackburn registry office and for 7 pounds they will send you the certificate. It's possible they will do this on line. The other way would be to send to Southport.
