    Default HMS Cerberus

    Does any one have any knowledge of HMS Cerberus around the time of the Napoleonic wars? I believe she was a frigate.

    30 Aug 1799 Captured by voluntary surrendering (the seamen having refused to fight against the orange flag) to a British squadron under Vice-admiral Mitchell, in the Vlieter, Texel. (Vol iii, Appendix No 2)

    Thanks Keith. I think my Cerberus is the 1794 one.Any idea if there would be any record of crew members?
