    Default A Place Called NICOLE?

    Hello All,

    I have been looking at some old documents and the name NICOLE keeps turning up. It appears to be a place. The documents are dated c1300 and it is generally records as "Nicole, Lincoln".

    Does anybody know of a place called NICOLE in Lincolnshire?

    There also appears to be a possible crossover between the family "de NICOLE" so maybe it's an Manor or Estate.
