Looking for information about three Gard brothers, William b. 1816; Thomas b.1823 and John b.1819 or 1825 who migrated from Cork to Australia before 1850.

a Mr Wm Gard arrived aboard the "Neptune" at Melbourne in 1841. he travelled with his wife and 2 children, if this is likely to be your man.
