Hi tribi,
I have a Tipton in Wellington. just the one and I have no info on her as yet. She's right at the beginning of my known Wall ancestry. My James Wall married a Margaret Tipton on the 24th December 1763 in Wellington, Shropshire. They had 8 chldren I know of and we are descended from their son Isaac born 1780 in Wellington.

Keep me in mind should my Margaret turn up in your research.

My line begins with a RACHEL TIPTON who married a Samuel Spruce in 1800.
RACHEL was the dau. of ISAAC TIPTON and ANNE PARTON.
Margaret and Isaac were brother and sister.

Children born to EDWARD TIPTON and Sarah:-

William Tipton born 4th Mar. 1743
MARGARET born Apr. 1746
ISAAC born 17th July 1748
Timothy born 17th Feb 1750 died 24th July 1757

I also have WALLS in my Fam. Tree but mine come from Herefordshire so can't help there I'm afraid.
Will look and see if I have any further info in my notes regarding the TIPTONS.

Here is the rest of the information I have so far on the TIPTONS

Edward Tipton married Sarah Feriday 3rd Oct. 1739 Wellington.
Edward was born Wellington 1715, son of William and Mary.
That is my brick wall, would be glad to hear if you gather any further information.
