    Default Willis family Chelsea

Would be interested to hear from anyone who has any details of any Willis's born in Chelsea as my grandfather Alfred Frederick Willis and siblings grew up there. Julie

Julie, I find that I have a Willis in my line. James Willis had a daughter Louisa about 1818. Louisa married John Stokes on 6 May 1839 in St George in the East. That's all that I have on My Willis family. Not much to go on and probably doesn't connect with your Willis line. On the slim chance that it does connect, you now have my information. ............Ed

Have you traced out your Kelly line? My grandmother is a Kelly/Kelley. She was born in Marylebone and was living in Barking before coming to America. The family is originally from the Yorkshire area. ...........Ed

    Default Kelly line

I have managed to get information as far back as my husband's G.G. Grandfather John Kelly 1827 Ireland who married Mary Colville 1826 Scotland and on their marriage cert (they married in Liverpool) his father is given as Philip but now a dead end. Julie
