1841 census look up please. Baugh family

If anyone has access to the 1841 census for Cheshire (I think Little Sutton area) could you please look up the following family for me please.

Matthew Baugh bn 1803 little Sutton, his wife Mary Elizabeth bn 1803 London. There may be the following children:
John bn 1833, Elizabeth bn 1835, Matthew bn 1839, Margaret bn 1840 and possibly Thomas bn 1841.

Many thanks, I am trying to find more info on the wife, as I cannot find any record of her birth/christening etc.
