I have census records which appear to be for the same person but 1881 census says place of birth Abbotts Bromley and 1901 census says place of birth Faveley. Could these 2 places be the same place?
Thanks

Staffordshire place names
Hello
Just noticed your query - I have only very recently joined the forum. Checked the 1891 Census, the place is given there as Fazeley ( very close to Tamworth, nowhere near to Abbots Bromley!) Hope this helps.

Thanks, I'll check through everything again and study my map.
