My uncle Edward Percy Johnson aged 18 was killed on 31 December 1930 when he fell from or was hit in the head by a swing boat at a fair. There was a coroners report done.

Looking at 1901 census ... Grandson of Hannah... Has mother noted as Emma Aston ? which has been changed by a subscriber to Emma Askell

Anne Scudder married James Maycock Sept 1876 @ Kings N Warwickshire..they are on the 1881 census in Aston and have a son Louis aged 9...

Looking at a copy of her marriage cert in 1916 and no mention of Stanhope she is recorded as spinster.there is a notation under her name in ref to being known as Constance.

"Constance" was born Elizabeth Rose Willmar Lewis 9 May 1850 and baptised 1 April 1852..St James Westminster.

You have a puzzler here.. Simple explanation would be she separated from Charles .. I had an aunt in similar circumstances.. I thought she had died as I couldn't find her after the 71 census where...

There is a Elizabeth Clarks brn 1831 Rickmansworth with what appears to be a 4 yr old daughter Ada age 4 brn Camberwell Surrey ..she is unmarried...cant find an Elizabeth Clarks pre 1871 census brn...
