I've read through many of the very useful posts here and have managed to identify an ancestor's will from the Death Duties search at fmp. I've tried to locate the death duties file at TNA but, despite reading help on here and TNA Guides, I am still completely at a loss as to how to obtain details...

I have come across a piece of information that said settlers in New England, often sent their wills back to old England for probate. Would these have gone to the PRO or would it be best to look elsewhere, given the early date of the will I am looking for? Cheers, Sue
