Edward was baptised 27 Dec 1812 in Shrewsbury son of Samuel (staymaker) and Rosamund of School Lane. Can anyone find the marriage of Samuel and Rosamund?

does anyone know if there is any kind of marriage index for Shropshire. i am looking for the marriage of James Farnell of Newport, Shropshire to Joanne about 1670. The couple had children from 1670 through to 1685 i n Newport but i cannot find there marriage in the parish records.
