tagg marriage

I'm trying to find a marriage between William Tagg b: c. 1779 Esher, Surrey and a woman named Elizabeth from Devonshire. They are in the 1851 census in Hackney, Middlesex. It was his second marriage, and he had 3 children from his first. I don't know if they had children together. I have both William's and Elizabeth's death.

1) Can anyone tell me if they were married in the 1841 census, and if they were in Surrey or Middlesex? If he was not yet remarried, he likely was in Surrey where his step-mother lived until her death in 1850...

They would have married between 1811 and 1851, I just don't know where or really when... Hoping the 1841 census will help narrow my search...

2) There is a marriage between William Tagg and Elizabeth Williams in 1811 at St. Martin in the Fields. Could some kind soul find the details for me, please?
