Hi,
There are several people with the surname Holland in Worcester city on 1851 census but only 1 Henry. I don't think he is the one you are looking for. He is aged 23 and born Coventry Warks.

1841 census there is a Henry Holland carpenter aged 20 son of James Holland in Infirmary Walk, St Nicholas Worcestershire and a Henry Holland aged 20 a M.T (I think) at Field House, Rock (seems to be with a group of other single people). Any use? No Barbara Holland in worcestershire

All have Y for "born in county" No number for Infirmary Walk I'm afraid
Remember generally ages over 15 were rounded down to the nearest 5 in the 1841 census.
