Full Age- marraige certificate

Would anyone be able to tell me what it means if a couples age on a marraige certificate is given as "Full Age"

Hello Josie
Full Age meant that the person was over 21 years of age. Not very helpful when you're looking for clues about their birth year. Regards. Aubrey
