I have been looking for my great Grandfather's wife on the 1861 for some time now and have come across the following and wonder if anyone recognises her :

Daniel Thomas, Head 65 labourer born Llandovery, Carmarthen
Mary Thomas wife age 57 born Llywell Breconshire
David Thomas son unmarried 35 born Llywell
Ann Thomas daughter 30 unmarried born Llywell
Daniel Thomas son 23 unmarried born Lywell
Samuel Jones lodger unmarried 64 schoolmaster
AND
Letitia Davies Visitor age 13 scholar born Llywell Breconshire
On the same page are lots of Davies families but none headed by an Edward Davies who was apparently her father, although at least one woman is a widow, was she perhaps next door on the night of the Census ?
Letitia Sophia Davies married my great Grandfather in Workington, Cumberland in 1868, she gave her age as 19 and her father as Edward Davies, deceased.
Her age varies by a couple of years on later census but always place of birth is given as Swansea.
When she remarried in 1886 in Yorkshire she said she was 32 and her father (no mention of him being deceased) Edward Davies a cabinet maker.
I have scoured the 1861 looking for a Letitia with the right sort of age with a father Edward to no avail and now think this Letitia could be a distinct possibility.
Any help appreciated.
