A couple of questions

I have just noticed that a 'guest' is viewing user profiles, is it standard for this to happen? I would have preferred if only subscribed members could do this. Plus, on other boards there is often a link to 'report' an offensive post. Will this board have similar?

At the top of each message is a little triangle warning sign... see it? Hover your mouse over it. That is the link to report bad posts.

Guests viewing user profiles.... I'm not sure. What's in there to hide?

OK I see the triangle. As for user profile, I guess I'll take off the ability to email me, as a click just shows my email address to all and sundry. (Would give spammers a field day.) As we have PM it means ability to email me is irrelevant anyway, so I am just off to alter my profile.

PM is 'private message' you can set this under 'options' if you want.

If you click on my username a little box opens up and gives you an option to send me a private message.

(Unless they were a logged in member that is.... but they just don't do that).

OK Rod, it's just that I thought a 'guest' would not be registered and could view anyone's profile. Anyway I am quite happy with the PM system.
