Would anyone be able to advise me of the name of a hospital in 1949 in Market Drayton that would have handled TB patients. Many thanks for your time.

Three or four miles east of Market Drayton, across the border in Staffordshire was the Joint Cheshire Sanatorium at Loggerheads. For more information see this BBC news story:

It lists hospitals etc., under the control of the Shrewsbury Hospital Management Committee for 1955. This includes Market Drayton and a couple of Sanatoriums are listed.
