Love Green and Swallow Street, Iver, Bucks

I have a couple of relatives found in the 1841 and 1851 censuses who lived at Love Green and Swallow Street, both hamlets of/in Iver, Buckinghamshire.

Is there any way of determining exactly where they lived in Love Green, or Swallow Street?

By tracing the enumerator's route through his book and estimating whereabouts in the street they were in relation to other households in the same street. With luck you might come across a landmark which you can identify on a map.
