I have a photograph of an Army Officer in The Grenadier Guards taken, probably, in the early 1900's. I believe it to be either Gerald Frederick Trotter, born in 1871, or Edward Henry Trotter, born in 1872. - both sons of Sir Henry Trotter. Would anyone know where I could look to try and identify which son it is.The Trotter Family lived near Cirencester in the 1880's.

Unfortunately for me, they were both Officers in the Grenadier Guards and their personal records are lost. I found a little about them from the diaries and know one was killed in the first World War. I have seen a photo of Edward, the one that was killed, but by then he had a moustache and it is difficult to say if this is the same one or not. So i am a little stuck
