This street, Giffin Street in Deptford St. Paul, Kent (now London) in Greenwich district, seemed to have a large number of Basket makers, Pedlars, Hawkers, and Cutlers (knife-sharpeners?) in 1871.
The occupations suggest that these were Traveller /Romany families.
Check out RG10 / 742 / 107 p. 12 and RG10 / 742 / 108 p. 13 and 14; also earlier and later pages from the street.
