HINES in databases

Hi, know several of you have databases on Coastguards. I'm missing a few of my HINES rellies who may have been coastguards. Particular names are William James HINES (born 1837), Sussex & Dorset areas, Sidney (1880). But interested in details of any HINES in the coastguards, as it could help.

Hello Rita,

I have looked at all my resources but can't find any Hines I'm afraid.

I found a Hinds and also Hides, but don't think they relate to yours. One was on the Isle of Wight and the other Kent.
