missing message

Any ideas why I have a notification on my home e-mail that I have a message in my BG inbox but that message does not appear there?
It's not a problem because I have replied direct but I am curious.

Could it be that your pm box was full when the message was posted?

As moderators we cannot touch anyone else's PMs or see what is in anyone's PM box.
