Hi,
I wonder if you can help.
My ggg grandfather Francis Causer was christened 16/2/1834 in Ombersley, worcs. His parents were John and Zilah causer. (IGI)
I know that zilah died mch qtr 1838, but that is all.

My request is....if anyone is going to worcs. FHC, would they be kind enough to see if there is a marriage recorded in Ombersley as I cant find anything on the IGI.

BMSGH hold a Worcestershire Marriage Index. It is complete to 1837 so should have John & Zilah Causer if they married in Worcestershire.
The co-ordinators are Angela and Charles Purcell, 8 Ironside Close, Bewdley, Worcs. DY12 2HX

Do you have the 1841 census for Francis? Many of the people on the pages around him are also Causiers. He is with his father John 40, Grandfather (?) John Tolly 60 & brother(?) James 4.
