Page number 43, entry number 337, originally said 'Body of a lad supposed to be French'. Abode was given as 'washed on shore' as is usual when unknown people are drowned, date of burial 9 October 1866.
A note has then been added which says
"Name as (sic) since supplied (15th Nov) by the French Consul at Yarmouth - Hypolite Joseph Bowron, aged 16 years."
