Harriet Isabella, daughter of William and Isabella Watts. Abode Hoxton, Shoredith, Middlesex, father's occupation carpenter.
Note says Harriet Isabella was born in 1858, day of the month definitely 11th, month probably January - it's a little hard to confirm, even at max magnification.
Harriet's sister, Elizabeth Ann born 1856, baptised the same day. See previous thread.
