I'm afraid she won't be buried in the churchyard. Metropolitan churchyards were closed from the mid 1850s because of overcrowding. Burials generally went to outlying suburban cemeteries. This link (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/hitch/gendocs/cem.html) takes you to a useful list.
If you're trying to identify this Caroline BARKER, going the burial route is a non-starter in London in 1910. You'll be better off ordering the death certificate, which is cheaper than any cemetery search would be. Sorry.

There is also an entry in the Death Register of the St George in the East Infirmary, Died 5.35 am on 5 Feb 1910, age 36, admitted 6.12.09 from 8 Boyd Street.
Where buried: Private.
By whom buried: Hickman
The St George in the East registration district and the St George in the East poor law union covered several church parishes, not just St George in the East itself.

Peter I just wanted to thank you again for that poignant entry you found in the death register of St George in the East infirmary for my great gran Caroline Barker. I found it very moving to think of my great gran, the young age she was when she died and leaving a family, the youngest a baby. I know we are all looking for dates and names and places but to see an entry like that makes it very personal.

According to the Hospital Records Database, it later became St George in the East Hospital (NHS) and closed in 1956. There are Admission & Discharge Registers covering 1910 but no clinical records seem to have survived.

Depending which London borough you're in, you may be able to access Ancestry at your local library.
The register entry is unlikely to add much more than a reason for admission, which may simply be "Illness", or similar. But you would be able to track back for any earlier admissions and might pick up a little more detail.
