Where to start

I have been researching my family history in Scotland for a short time now, and have discovered my great gran Isabella DIAMOND was actually born in Ireland, (found out through an Aunt). Belive it to have been Belfast. I know she married in Scotland, and her parents names were Michael & Rose Ann DIAMOND. She was born 1888.

I haven't the first idea where to start looking for her now, or how.
Can anyone give me any advice please?

If you haven't won by now........Perhaps the marriage certificate will have the info you're after. I've found the Scottish ones to be bubbling fountain.
