Sending an image or attachment

Hi there, I want to see if someone can help me to decipher an entry from a Catholic parish register. I have a PDF file of the entry but can't work out how to include it in a message to the appropriate forum. My permissions say I may not post an attachment. Can you help please?

Save the image to a site such as photobucket then link it in your message.
