Hi I am Robin and became interested in tracing my Family after I knew my older Brother had had a go without much success, He only got back to the late 1800's whilst I have got back to 1770, however I am now at that famous Brick Wall! as the Parish Records I am looking for are not listed in the Lancashire Parish lists for the relevant Years, (Walton Le Dale by the way), are the Transcripting of the Records an ongoing thing?, ie. will they eventually be listed on line or are they missing?, or is there another reason?
Regards to everyone

Hello Robin, you'll find some Lancashire Parish registers at the Internet Archives (address below), just do a search for "Lancashire Parish" media type Texts, there's quite a few there and with luck you might find the one you're after.
Hugh.

Hi Robin,
Welcome to the forum. |wave| I have found the Lancashire Online Parish Clerks (lan-opc) wonderful. They are being added to often. Just Google to find them if you haven't used them.
