I have these loose ends (a couple among many) in some research I am doing.

Sophia Townsend b. 27-2-1915 in Ede, d. ? in New Zealand. Migrated to New Zealand on 18th May 1951.
William Townsend b. 15-5-1916 in Amsterdam, d. ? in New Zealand. Migrated to New Zealand on 18th May 1951.

These individuals were the third and fourth children of: Edward Townsend, b. 23-1-1873 in Batavia, Netherlands East Indies, d. 14-2-1938 in Ermelo, Netherlands. Married to Petronella Wilhelmina van Kruistum on 22nd April 1909 in Ede, Netherlands. Petronella was born in Ede on 19 June 1887, and died in Utrecht on 24th December 1970.

Any leads?

Do they have a middle name? William is common as muck.
My marriage cd is for the period 1836-1956 so Sophia may have married after this date.

Nope - no middle names, unfortunately. I realise that the late date is a big constraint on searches, so I was just hoping to be lucky enough to find someone who was in some way connected with these people.

d.1996 Postma Sophia Anja b.27 February 1915 looks like she never married.

This looks close 2 days difference in birth date

The site worked for me this time. Strange how she comes up under a search for "Townsend, Sophia". Maybe she married/was widowed before she left Holland. I will pass this on to my contact (and relative of this family) over there.
