My Great Grandparents (Richard & Edith Hender) living in Torpoint, Cornwall during the 1901 Census had a domestic servant by the name of Eliza Jane Tamblyn Aged 24, so born 1877 in St Germans, Cornwall. I have not been able to find any reference to her in any other records, (my search has been limited). She appears in a family photograph holding a baby (my Grandfather) which I am in possession of.
Anyone wishing to claim her, please contact me.

Hello Ian, welcome to B-G forums, it's a great place to visit and everyone is so helpful.
My sister has just started researching her husband's Tamblyn family which originated in Cornwall, but at this stage she is still trying to sort out the Australian branch, so would not have any idea yet if Eliza Jane Tamblyn was one of theirs. However I do know that she would be disappointed if she missed out on a photo that might be part of her husband's family.
So is there any chance that you could scan a copy through to me? That way the original would still be available if there is someone else with a closer claim. I will PM you with my email address.
Many thanks - Trish
