Sinclair Carroll, Armagh Builder/Architect

Sinclair Carroll was responsible for the erection of the Kitchen in the Bishop's Palace, Armagh in 1826. He was also contracted to build both Newry and Armagh Workhouses 1839/1840. Have searched directories for the various years, and he is listed as being Architect/Valuator residing at:-

1820 College Street
1824 Dawson Street
1835 College Street
1838 Beresford Row
1846 Beresford

Sinclair died in 1850 and is buried at St Mark's Cemetery, The Mall Armagh.

Does anyone have information as to what type of buildings were in the streets listed above, were they just offices or personal houses as well.

Any suggestions as to finding out more about his professional life, family legend has it that he is also responsible for some of the buildings in Dublin!
