1841/1851/1861 census look up for Enoch Cole

I am looking for a Enoch Cole occ dyer liveing in South Street Chichester Sussex the address is from a 1851 directory. I am looking for more family hope someone can help me

Can you give any more info on your Cole Family please

I have just looked in an 1828-32 Street Directory for Cole family - they are not listed in the trade section under Dyers.

Started to look at the 1841 census for Chichester, it is not indexed by street or by surname, so therefore it is going to be difficult to find them with some 400 pages to scroll through - Plus I do not know for certain if they were there in 1841

1861 Census for Chichester contains some 1000 pages, so it will be a slow trawl through them to locate your Cole / Bridger.

Have already spotted some Bridger families, but non as yet that match your criteria, but will keep trying

Looks like the family are on HO107/1653 Folio189. (per the transcript I have)
Enoch (Head), Married Aged39 Born Bristol
Anna Maria (Wife) aged 40, Portsmouth
Henry 14,
Elizabeth 12,
Harriett 9,
Emma 5,
Louisa 2,
Thomas Aged 10months.
All of the children were born in Portsmouth, maybe suggesting they only moved to Chichester in about 1850.
