Ephraim George bn1835 Chalfont St Peter

Can anyone help me with Ephraim George in 1861. In 1871 he is married to Mary (I think Mary Bowler) but I believe this is a second marriage. In 1861 he would be married with possibly a son Edward only months old.

In 1871 he was a painter but in 1851 a Cordwainer (Shoemaker/Cobbler)
