ADMIRAL PULLEN from WILTSHIRE

HI, Apparently there was an Admiral Pullen in my family, and supposedly this is him in the photo. No on seems to know his name or anything about him other than he may have dined with Queen Victoria on his ship. Where is the best place to start looking for any info. I have tried googling Admiral Pullen and found a couple but don't think they are the right ones.
Any help would be great. Thanks

What do you want to find out about Admiral PULLEN? Do you mean Vice-Admiral William John Samuel PULLEN 1813-1887?

The best way to go about things is to methodically research your family history until you can work out a connection to him.
